… AFM Instrument Insurance Plan

The AFM offers all-risk musical instrument and equipment insurance plans designed specifically for AFM members that protects instruments, computers and producing/recording equipment 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. These plans offer low-cost insurance coverage with rates and a deductible that musicians can't get on most homeowner's insurance policies.

Marsh Affinity Group Services, a service of Seabury & Smith administers the plans in the U.S. They offer “All-Risk” protection, which means there are very few “exclusions” for your instrument and equipment. Your instrument can be covered in the event of theft, breakage, water, vandalism, fire, lightning and other natural disasters.
