Jack H. Wellbaum (1922-2011) Devoted husband of Linda (nee Iacobucci) Wellbaum for 65 years. Beloved father of Lisa (Stephen) Geber, Ray (Karen) Wellbaum and Laura Kalaitzoglou. Update your beneficiary

I know it’s not something you want to think about, but it’s very important that you update your beneficiary information periodically as your life changes so that your insurance can be paid to the right person in the event you die unexpectedly.
